The shared kitchen absolutely needs regular cleaning and proper equipment!!! Plus, the tap in the kitchen was so noisy, it kept me awake at night!!! And honestly, some areas felt a bit outdated or neglected.

I loved how it was a short walk to the charming San Miguel Church and just around the corner from tasty local eateries like Taqueria Molina, making it easy to dive into authentic Cozumel experiences. while the cozy atmosphere created by the friendly staff made my stay feel welcoming after long city strolls.

Helpful owner, but kitchen lacking

The small studio was conveniently located near the town center, within walking distance of vibrant restaurants and shops. We appreciated having bikes available to explore nearby beaches.

However, the kitchen was inadequately equipped. We had trouble locating basic items, like cups, which made morning tea a little challenging.

The garden area was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring, providing a peaceful oasis in the heart of Cozumel.

the shower drain was horrible, leading to a mini lake after every use, so charming. i also expected a room upgrade given the limitations of the kitchen and my very specific needs, but alas, no red carpet treatment! i only almost gave a good review, but they just couldn't deliver.

I stayed in a Double Room for 4 nights, and it was pretty comfy! The bed was great, and I loved having hot water and AC. The layout was nice, with a little courtyard vibe. The only downside was it could feel a bit cramped if you unpack everything. But overall, the vibe felt safe and cozy, especially after long days of exploring. Plus, it was close to local eateries, which was a win!

be a rooms and studios has a great location, just a few blocks from the main plaza and close to the ferry port to playa del carmen. our large room was spacious with hot water, good wifi, and air conditioning. the owner was super nice and helped us feel welcomed. having a fridge was a plus, and the shared kitchen, although basic, had a coffee kettle and French press which we loved.

I had a good time staying in a Double Room for 11 nights! The comfortable beds and reliable kitchen facilities made it a solid home base. Just a little cramped when I unpacked everything. I’d definitely book again!
